摘要
文章用热重和差热分析方法对癸酸钴和硼酰化钴进行了分析比较。在140℃以内,二者无明显差别。在140~160℃硼酰化钴的热稳定性优于癸酸钴,后者热分解显著;癸酸钴比硼酰化钴易燃。如果金属-橡胶复合制成品的使用温度较高选择硼酰化钴有利。硼酰化钴在橡胶硫化温度下加热减量较小。在350~700℃范围内两种物质热分解残渣稳定,无进一步分解或氧化现象。
Stablity of cobalt neodecanoate and cobalt boronacylate was explored with thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. It was found that their stability was almost the same under 140 ℃ ; at 140 - 160 ℃, the thermal stability of cobalt boronacylate was better than that of cobalt neodecanoate ; at 350 - 700 ℃, their thermal decomposition residue would not be further broken up or oxidized. Consequently, if the rubber products mixed with such metals will be used under a higher temperature, cobalt boronacylate should be selected.
