摘要
针对目前国内外稳压器现状及存在的问题,设计出一种采用先进电子元件、具有过压和欠压保护功能新型交流稳压器。设计中根据输入电压的不同控制相应的固态继电器来控制输出电压,最终实现电网电压在一定范围内波动时,都能使输出电压稳定的目的。给出了主要原器件特性和原理,详细介绍了整机工作过程并对输入输出电压的关系进行了计算分析。产品经过检测与理论计算相符,具有性价比高、反应灵敏等特点,可替代传统稳压器。
A new AC voltage stabilizer with over voltage and under voltage protection was designed. The output voltage can be stabilized by corresponding solid state relays according to input voltage of power network that would be fluctuate within a certain range. The property and principle of main components are introduced. The working process of the stabilizer and the relationship between input and output voltages is calculated. The test resuits of the stabilizer are in conformity with those of theoretical calculation. With high performance - price ratio and sensitivity, this product can replace the traditional voltage stabilizer.
