摘要
目的：验证橘善宝（血栓烷合成酶抑制剂）对改善急性期脑血栓患者的运动功能障碍及生活能力的临床疗效。方法：对６０例颈内动脉系统脑血栓患者的神经功能缺损程度及生活能力进行治疗前后的自身对照评价。结果：在自觉症状和神经功能缺损两项中，治疗前后比较有明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１）；在生活能力评价中，生活自理不能由原来的５３．４％下降为１７％。不良反应发生率为６．７％。结论：橘善宝对改善急性期脑血栓所致的运动功能障碍及提高患者的生活能力有较好的疗效，毒副作用少，有比较广泛的应用范围。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Xanbao(Ozagrel sodium injection)——a thromboxane synthetase inhibitor in treatment of dyskinesia and abiosis caused by thrombus of internal carotid artery.METHODS:An autocontrol study on 60 cases of cerebral thrombosis was conducted.The degree of motor dysfunction and physical disability were evaluated.RESULTS:After treatment patients abiosis and dysneuria improved significantly and their abitrophy dropped from original 53.4% to 17%,with an adverse reaction rate of 6.7%.CONCLUSION:Xanbon is well responded in treating dyskinesia caused by thrombosis in internal carotid artery.
