降血脂药——普罗布考

ANTILIPEMIC AGENTS

目的：为了临床和患者了解新药普罗布考，本文做一全面综述。方法：从普罗布考的作用、副作用、给药及药代动力学几方面介绍。结果：普罗布考可降低血清总胆固醇２０％～２５％，对纯合子型家族性高胆固醇血症及皮肤和腱黄瘤有明显疗效，其抗氧化作用是αＶＥ的５～６倍，其抗动脉粥样硬化和抗经皮经腔冠状动脉成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）后再狭窄作用明显强于洛伐他汀、普伐他汀和消胆胺。另外其副作用小。结论：普罗布考将在血脂调节、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化和消黄瘤几方面发挥其独特的临床作用。

OBJECTIVE:To understand this new drug by the clinic and patient a comprehensive summingup has been done on it.METHODS:Several aspects about effects,adverse effects,administration and pharmacokinetics for probucol were summerized.RESULTS:Probucol can decrease 20%～25% of plasm total cholesterol(TC)level.It significantly effects on homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia and cutaneous and tendinous xanthomas.Its antioxidizing effects are 5～6 times than that of αVE.Its effectiveness in antiatherosclerosis and preventing restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA)are significantly larger than lovastatin,pravastatin and cholestyramine.The unique effects of probucol on HDL have enriched and developed the antiatherosclerosis theory of HDL.The side effects are slight. It's another outstanding characteristic.CONCLUSION:Probucol will play a unique role in clinic for adjusting bloodfat,antioxidise,antiatherosclerosis and regression of xanthomas.
