摘要
为满足市场的需要,许多机械制造企业都根据订货合同的要求来组织多品种小批量生产。对于特定的加工零件,有时质量控制指标并不唯一,而这些指标之间经常存在着一定的相关关系,仅靠分别对它们进行单变量质量控制,其结果往往不太可靠。因此研究多品种小批量生产工序的质量控制,对于保证提高企业产品质量,降低废品损失,提高工作效率,增加经济效益,都有着十分重要的现实意义。本文针对多品种小批量生产环境波动相对较大的特点、需要控制的质量指标多的情况,讨论贝叶斯理论的多重线性数学模型的实用性,以实现多品种小批量生产的多变量控制。
To meet the needs of the market,many machinery manufacturing enterprises are in accordance with the requirements of ordering the contract to organize more varieties of small batch production. Processing for specific parts, and sometimes is not the only indicator of quality control, and these indicators often there is some correlation between them alone, respectively, single-variable quality control, the result is often less reliable. The study variety small batch production process quality control,improve the enter- prises to ensure product quality, reduce scrap loss, improve efficiency, increase economic efficiency, have a very important practical significance. In this paper,and more varieties of small batch production environment characterized by relatively large fluctuations, the need to control the quality of indicators of the situation, discuss the Bayesian theory of multiple linear mathematical model of practicality,in order to achieve more multi-variety small batch production control.
