从试卷抽检的实践谈提高高校考试工作质量的途径

考试作为检查教学情况的重要手段，是教学管理工作的不可缺少的重要一环，它的主要目的在两方面：一是检查教学计划执行情况和教学目标达到的程度；二是荻取相关教学信息。但在教学管理过程中，考试常常产生命题扣闼卷两大质量问题。它们都直接关系着教学质量的提高，体现着教师的教学水平和教学责任心，就教学管理而言，解决这两大问题是提高教学质量的重要前提。本文从四个方面提出了高校教学管理工作中如何提高考试工作质量的途径：提高试卷命题的质量是提高整个考试质量的关键；加强考试组织管理工作是提高整个考试质量的保障；建立和完善试题库是促进考试工作科学化、标准化的发展方向；建立考试质量评价系统推动考试质量不断提高。

As an important tool to inspect teaching affairs, examination is one necessary part in teaching affairs management circle. The aims of examination are：firstly, to check the teaching quality and the process of teaching plan; secondly, to absorb the related teaching information. But in the teaching processing, there are two quality problems in examination, one is examination paper problem, another one is checking paper processing. The two problems are directly related to enhance teaching quality and show the teachers＇ teaching level and teaching attitude. As for teaching affairs management,solving the two problems are the important prerequisite for enhance teaching quality. In this paper, it introduces the ways from four aspects to improve the quality of teaching affairs management： to improve the quality of titles is the key to improve the quality of whole examination; to enhance the test management work is the protection to improve the quality of whole examination; to build and complete the examination question bank is the development trend to improve the work of examination scenically and stander; to build the evaluation system for examination quality is the necessary condition to improve the examination quality.
