知识经济时代的今天,企业间的竞争,知识的获取、使用、创造与增值,资源的整合,最终都要靠知识的载体——知识型员工来实现。知识型员工在经济社会的发展中将扮演更为重要的角色。现代企业人力资源管理必须适应这种变化,将重心转向准确把握知识型员工的特性、探寻适合知识型员工的有效管理策略,选好、育好、用好和留住知识型员工,规避知识型员工管理的各种风险,使其积极主动的开展创造性工作,达到企业与知识型员工共赢和谐。
