摘要
从企业的法人治理结构、组织结构和管理制度三个方面对企业并购后的组织系统整合进行探讨,力求将并购企业双方之间互不相容的组织体系资源进行适当有效的调整、融合乃至创新,使并购方与目标企业的管理组织融为一体,从而保证并购后企业协调、灵活、高效的运转,最终实现并购出效益,管理出效益的目标。
The paper discusses what the organization integration should do after M&A from three respects:enterprise governance structure, organization framework and management system. Through adjustment.amalgamation and innovation, both sides' organization can blend. Accordingly, enterprise can run harmoniously neatly and efficiently and attain M&A's benefit.
