云南省农业领域科研创新团队建设问题思考

在科学技术飞速发展的今天，科研功能日益凸显，鉴于如今的科学研究已远非单兵作战所能完成，大量地需要团队的联合攻关，因此科研创新团队这种组织形式应运而生并日益引起人们的高度关注。由于科研创新团队还是一个新事物，科研创新团队的建设还有许多问题亟待解决，本文就云南省农业领域科研创新团队建设存在问题进行了分析，提出了建设措施。

Nowadays , the function of science ＆ reseach becomes more and more important with the fast development of science and technology. In view of this, the present reseach had not completed by one person,but a team. So the organization of initial team for science ＆ reseach had emerged,and high attention paid by society. How to improve the ability of reseach in a initial team becomes a focus problem. But,there are many problems during the construction of the initial teams for reseach in our country.
