摘要
一种新型的毫米波平面空间功率分配/合成网络构,综合了电路合成和空间合成的优点,在平面基板实现了四路空间功率合成,由于其平面结构,具有体积小,易于设计的特点,便于与其他平面集成电路连接。在其原理及设计过程的基础上,设计了一个工作频率为20-40 GH z的功率合成器。仿真结果显示此种结构回波损耗〈-15 dB的带宽达18 GH z,且插入损耗〈0.5 dB,可见具有极低的插入损耗和较低的回波损耗的特点。
In this paper,an improved millimeter planar spatial power dividing/combining nework is designed. This network integrated the merits of both circuitry power combining and spatial power combining, which is realized by four planar mierostrip lines on the substrate. It provides not only a convenience to integrate other planar integrated circuits due to its planar form but also flexibility in the designing process. Its principles and design process are syn- optically presented. A representative example of 20~40 GHz planar spatial power divider/combiner is assessed. Result indicates that this network circuit has a small insertion loss about 0. 5 dB and a low return loss, which is better than --12 dB with a bandwidth of approximately 18 GHz. As a result, this circuit's feasibility is validated.
