大学生党员作为党员队伍中最有生机和活力的群体,其素质关系着我党的前途和命运,关系着党的"未来"。在新形势下,高校大学生党员面临的国内外、校内外环境发生了重大变化,加强学生党员的再培养和教育,是我党永葆先进性的基础和保障。因此,高校党建工作应该积极创新,做好高校大学生党员再培养、教育的新机制,发扬求真务实的精神,在创新、求实效上下功夫,推动高校学生党建工作,为党的建设做出贡献。

Reinforcing education to the Communist Party members is the foundation and assurance measures to keep the superiority of the Communist Party. College communist students are the most energetic and vital group of this community, whose diathesis is critical to the Party＇s future and fortune, and even determines the Party＇s future existence. Confronted with the new positions that the surrounding of the campus and the international being are changing greatly, the work of strengthening the Party should adopt new methods, creating new mechanism on recultivation and education to the college communists, carrying forward the spirit of ＂being true and practical＂, stressing on innovation and efficiency, to push forward the Communist Party construction work in higher education institutions and contribute to the construction of the whole Party.
