摘要
目的:探讨肝素浓度、一次性注射器气密性对血气、电解质测定结果的影响。方法:用一次性注射器及两种肝素浓度检测同一患者动脉血标本,比较血气、电解质测定结果及印时测定和15min后测定的血气结果。结果:抗凝肝素浓及高时(每ml血标本含肝素512U),pH、PaO2、Na+、Cl-、Ca2+、nCa2+均较低(P<0.01),而K+偏高(P<0.01);标本放置15min后测定PaO2明显上升(P<0.05),PaCO2明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:每毫升血标本肝素含量10U对血气、电解质标本测定结果较准确。一次性注射器气密性较差,标本久置测定可影响血气分析结果.
Objective The concentration of heparin in blood sample and seal feature of syringe effect on blood gasand electrolyte measurements were observed. Methods With two concentrations of heparin and plastic syringe,eletrolytes and blood gas were measured at the same time,and blood gases were analyzed immediately and l5 min-utes after blood samples obtained. Results When concentration of heparin in sample were high (containing 512 Uheparin per milliliter blood sample),measured pH, PaO2, Na+, Cl-, Ca2+ and nCa2+ were all significantly de-creased (P<0. 01),but K+ increased (P<0. 01). When blood gas analysis were measured after delayed l5 min-utes, PaO2 was greatly increased (P<0. 05) and PaCO2 was greatly decreased (P<0. 01). Conclusions When theconcentration of heparin in Per milliliter blood sample is 10 U,the measured blood gas and electrolytes are cor-rect. The seal feature of plastic syringe is poor, the result of blood gas will be affected.
