摘要
采用化学共沉法制备Fe3O4纳米磁性微粒,以油酸为表面活性剂修饰纳米Fe3O4,用超声波将其充分分散于配伍的聚α-烯烃合成油中,制备出纳米颗粒在润滑油中能保持长期分散稳定的磁性液体。在4球摩擦试验机上评价含不同质量分数纳米Fe3O4的磁性液体抗磨性能。在改进的环块摩擦试验机上评价不同外加磁感应强度下磁性液体的抗磨性能。结果表明,磁性液体比其载液聚α-烯烃合成油的抗磨性能明显提高,外加磁场也使磁性液体抗磨性能明显提高。
Fe3O4, fabricated by chemical co-precipitation method and using oleic acid as surfactant, were dispersed in polymeric α-olefin by ultrasonic wave. By this way, we produced the magnetic liquids in which nanoparticles can be dispersed stably in the lubricants. On loop block friction testing machine, we evaluated this magnetic liquids' anti-wear properties with the different mass fractions of Fe3O4. Besides, its anti-wear properties were aslo assessed on loop block friction testing machine under different external magnetic induction strengths. The researched results show that the synthesized ferrofluids have better anti-wear properties than the polymeric α-olefin oil itself, and its anti-wear properties can be increased by external magnetic induction intensity.
