摘要
面向信号软件结构是通用自动测试系统的发展方向,而建立统一的测试系统模型是面向信号测试系统中资源管理与配置的关键。提出一种面向信号的自动测试系统建模方案及基于测试引擎的实现机制。根据通用自动测试系统的硬件构成,利用关系型数据库建立包括仪器资源模型、被测对象模型和连接关系模型的自动测试系统模型。在DOT NET平台下,在测试主程序与仪器操作之间建立引擎,利用模型实现资源的自动选择和配置,解决测试程序对仪器的依赖问题。该方案已经成功应用于某型光电雷达性能综合测试系统。
Establishing a consistent model is the key point of resource management and configuration in a signal-oriented software architecture, which is a direction of the general purpose automatic test system (GPATS) software. A strategy of signal-oriented modeling and test engine based implementation was proposed. Based onthe hardware architecture of the GPATS, the system model, mainly composed of the automatic test equipment (ATE) model, the unit under test (UUT) model and the connection model, was implemented via relational database. Then ATE automatic choosing and configuration for each task was realized by using these models in the test engine between the main test program and the equipment operation in DOT NET development platform, which makes the test software independent of the real test resource. This design was successfully applied to a certain type of photoelectric radar performance integrated test system.
