偏序关系全序化的粗糙集方法在装备效能评估中的应用 被引量:2

A Totally Ordered Method of Partial Order Based on Rough Sets Applied to Evaluation of Equipment Effectiveness

摘要 针对装备效能评估的实际情况以及已有效能评估方法的不足,将偏序关系全序化的粗糙集方法应用于装备效能评估,论述了该方法的具体评估步骤,并结合实例对7种鱼雷武器系统进行了应用分析。结果表明,该方法有效、可行地解决了原有评估方法中存在的问题,提高了装备效能评估的客观性和正确性,为武器装备的发展论证和实际使用提供了理论决策依据。总结了该方法的优势所在。 Considering the facts of effectiveness evaluation and the problems of the existed methods of effectiveness evaluation, a totally ordered, method of partial order based on rough sets was applied to effectiveness evaluation, the basic evaluation procedures of the method were described and application analysis of the method was done on seven torpedo systems. The evaluated result shows that the method solves the existent problems in original evaluation effectively and feasibly, the objectivity and the correctness of evaluation conclusion can be improved by the method, and provides a scientific decision foundation theoretically for development demonstration and practical operation of the weapon equipment. The dominance of the method was summarized in the conclusion.
