在席卷全国际金融危机中，教育市场被赋予了更多的期望。中国教育部于2009年初决定全面启动起草《终身学习法》，为解决“球的三农”、就业、再就业问题，建设学习型社会作重要支撑，是中国终身教育在金融危机中的积极应对和体系化发展的指引。

Sweeping across the international financial crisis,the education market＂ have been given more expectations. Chinese Ministry of Education decided to start early in 2009 the drafting of ＂lifelong learning＂ ,in order to address the ＂ball of the three rural＂ ,employment,re-employment problem,the construction of a learning society as an important support,are life-long education in the Chinese financial crisis, the positive response and the development of the guidelines system.
