高职医学院校精品文化建设研究——以金华职业技术学院医学院“仁心”文化为例

在社会转型期扎实推进医学生职业道德建设和职业理想培养，对于提高医学生的综合素质，增强就业竞争力，提升医学院校的办学水平，促进社会和谐具有重大意义。我院在推进校园文化建设的探索和实践中，大力推行以“仁心”教育为核心的文化建设，通过创新教育手段和内容，不断挖掘“仁心”文化的内涵，在发挥高校校园文化的内隐教育功能从而促进学校建设等方面作了有益的尝试。

Advances the medico occupational ethics construction and the occupation ideal raise solidly in the social transition period, regarding improves medico＇s comprehensive quality, the enhancement employment competitive power,the promotion medicine colleges and universities school level,the promotion society has the great significance harmoniously. My courtyard in advances the campus cultural reconstruction in the exploration and the practice,carries out vigorously take ＂the kind heart＂ the education as the core cultural reconstruction,through the innovation education method and the content, excavates ＂the kind heart＂ unceasingly the cultural connotation, thus promoted aspects and so on school construction in the display university campus culture in hidden education function to make the beneficial attempt.
