2002年国家新课程标准的正式颁布实施，对此，我们音乐教师一要领会新课标的理念，转变音乐教学观念。二要培养自己音乐艺术素质的综合能力和各学科的基础知识的综合能力。三要准确定位，尽快成为“新课标”的有效执行者和积极探索者。
