支撑跳跃纵向分腿腾跃易犯错误及解决办法

摘要 支撑跳跃是中学体育教学体操部分的内容之一,整个技术动作由助跑、起跳、第一腾空、推手、第二腾空、越过器械、落地七个部分组成。由于每个学生的运动水平、身体的协调性、模仿能力、心理因素等不同,在学习难免会出现这样或那样的错误。笔者根据多年的教学经验,将技术动作简化为跑(助跑)、踩(踏跳)、推(推手顶肩)、挺(挺身抬头)、落(落地)五个技术环节,并采取本文所述几项措施,取得了令人满意的教学效果。 The support caper is one of middle school sports teaching gymnastics part contents, the entire technical movement by the approach,takes off,first soars,pushes ,e hand,second soars,crossed the instrument,falls to the ground seven parts to be composed. Because each student's movement level, the bodily coordination, imitation ability , the psychological factor and so on are different, can appear like this or such mistake unavoidably in the study. The author acts according to many year teaching experience, simplifies the technical movement for runs (approach) , stamps (take-off) , pushes (pushes hand to go against shoulder) ,very (boldly thrusts forward to gain ground), falls ( landing) five technical links, and adopts this article to state several measures, has obtained the satisfying teaching effect.
