The Issue of Distributive Justice In View of Marx's Labor Theory of Value

马克思以劳动价值论为核心,通过剩余价值理论分析资本主义生产关系下资本家剥削工人的秘密,指出了占有他人劳动是物质财富分配不公正的原因。然而,在社会主义市场经济体制下,即使在生产资料公共占有的条件下,分配公正也会由于各种客观因素的存在而变得极其复杂。如何认识并实现分配公正,是一个亟待解决的理论问题。文章拟从劳动价值论的视角对分配公正问题做一探讨,认为分配公正是一个历史范畴,社会主义市场经济体制下分配公正的实现有赖于公有制经济对非公有制经济的制衡。

Under the socialist market economic system, even under the conditions of public possession of production, the distributive justice will be as a result of the existence of a variety of objective factors, which made it extremely complicated. How to understand and to achieve distributive justice, is a theoretical issue to be settled urgently. In this paper, from the labor theory of value of distributive justice perspective to explore the issues that distributive justice is a historical category, under the socialist market economic system, fair distribution depends that public-owned economy control and balances non - public ownership economy.
