摘要
应用型本科教育是我国高等教育的新生事物,其核心理念是服务社会的理念。对社会服务功能的历史回顾有助于理解应用型本科教育。社会服务功能有间接和直接之分,间接的社会服务功能在中世纪大学产生之初已开始萌芽,直接的社会服务功能则在美国赠地学院中产生。社会服务功能演变拓展对应用型本科教育的启示是:应用型本科教育要有进取和开放的心态;要将理念和制度结合;要保持理性和社会责任。
The application-oriented education is a new thing in our country higher education, its core idea is the concept of service to the community. The historical review of the functions of social services contribute to an understanding of application - oriented education. Social services functions have direct and indirect social service functions, the indirect social service functions was sprout at the beginning of universities in the Middle Ages. and the direct function of social services begun arising from land-grant colleges in the United States. The enlightenment of the evolution and expanding of the social services to the application-oriented education is: application-oriented education Should be progressive and open mind;to combine concepts and systems;to maintain a rational and social responsibility.
