当代大学实践教育“回归培养”模式分析

现阶段,我国正处在市场经济竞争性社会的转型期阶段,大学教育的内容和形式也应适应经济运行模式的变化而变化。这就要求当代大学生不仅仅需要书面知识,更要注重实践能力。要改变原有的教学培养模式,"回归培养"应成为大学教育中一种重要的人才培养模式。文章就"回归培养"的涵义进行了剖析,更重要的是:对我国高校实施"回归培养"的可能性和必要性、实施"回归培养"的方法、途径和应注意的问题作了一些探讨。

Nowadays, our country develops during the changeable society period of market economy transition, the contents and pattern should change according to the economic model. And they should also change previous teaching education model. It is necessary for university students to master both book knowledge and practical ability. And tutorial system should be performed. Return-cultivation should become the vital talent -cultivation model in universities. This article analyses the history development and current situation of higher education cultivate pattern and ap- proaches the possibility and necessity of the return-education.
