摘要
合成了7个未见文献报道的2取代环戊(烯)酮芳胺Mannich碱,证实含强吸电子基团的芳胺可以和脂肪胺Mannich碱进行胺交换反应.采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型对目标化合物的抗炎活性进行了初步筛选,发现部分化合物有较强的抗炎活性.
Seven new 2(E)pentylidene5(Narylamino methyl)cyclopentanones and 2pentyl5(Narylamino methyl) 2cyclopentenones were synthesized and investigated for antiinflammatory activity.It was confirmed that amine exchange reaction between the Mannich base of aliphatic amine and the arylamine containing electronattracting groups could take place when heated or refluxed.Pharmacological tests showed that some compounds had potent inhibitory effect on xyleneinduced mice′s ear edema.
