70 cases of cerebrovascular disease in patients with TCD and DSA -control study

目的：探讨脑血管病患者TCD与DSA检查结果之间的联系。方法：70例经颅脑CT或MR明确诊断的脑血管病患者,病后2周内行TCD检查,同时进行DSA检查,并对二者结果进行对照。结果：DSA正常21例,其中TCD正常18例,二者相符率85.7%;DSA异常49例,其中TCD异常47例,异常相符率95.9%。结论：TCD与DSA检查结果之间有一定相关性,在脑血管病诊断中一致率高,TCD可作为DSA的一项筛选检查。

Objective：Discussion TCD in patients with cerebrovascular disease and the test results between the DSA. Methods ： After 70 brain CT or MR diagnosis of patients with cerebrovascular disease, and disease experts two weeks after TCD examination, DSA at the same time, and both results were compared. Results： DSA normal in 21 cases, TCD normal in 18 cases, both in line with the rate of 85.7 percent ; DSA abnormal 49 cases, TCD abnormal in 47 cases, both in line with the rate of 95.5 percent.
