摘要
目的:调查与分析大中专院校教师心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90量表作为测量工具,对湛江市6所大中专院校320名教师问卷式调查,结果进行分析。结果:共发放问卷320份,回收320份。320名大中专院校教员SCL-90各因子得分与全国常模比较,在SCL-90各因子上的得分均比全国常模低,差异有显著性(P〈0.05),表明320名教师的心理健康状况比全国普通人群好。结论:本研究的320名教师的心理健康状况比全国普通人群好。
Objective:To investigate the mental health status in teachers from university and moderate specialty school. Methods:SCL -90 was adopted and and analyzed in 320 teachers from university and moderately speciality school of Zhan Jiang city. Results : Scores of SCL - 90 factors in the 320 cases were lower than those of national norm. Conclusions : The mental health status of the teachers from university and moderate speciality school is better than the national norm.
