胡锦涛同志对科学公平观的理论创新

党的十六大以来,胡锦涛同志在科学发展观统领下对社会公平问题进行了一系列理论创新,这主要是:确立了社会公平的重要地位;提出了效率与公平相结合的基本原则;规定了社会公平的基本内涵;突出了保障社会公平的制度建设。上述理论创新,是胡锦涛同志关于科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会等一系列治国理政方略中的重要组成部分,是对中国特色社会主义理论的丰富和发展。

Since the 16th Party Congress, President Hu Jingtao, the Secretary General of the new leading group of CCCPC has made a serial of theoretic innovations on social equity based on the idea of scientific development as follows ： Establishing a key position for social equity; proposing the basic principle of combining efficiency with equity ; defining social equity ; highlighting the building of institutions for securing social equity. All these are significant components of the state administrative strategies and policies concerning scientific development, building socialist harmonious society and the like. And at the same time, they contribute to the enrichment and development of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.
