In order to improve the efficiency of assignment distribution and collection as well as the conveying efficiency of web system and the safety of e-work in IT course, the write developed an applied software named ＂E-work Distribution and Recycling System＂ by using Visual Basic. This essay is mainly to introduce the meaning of developing this software and its composition, working situation, main function and conduction technology.
