摘要 从当前普通高校音乐学科教学的培养目标、教学实践、学术标准等原则出发,探讨普通高校在培养音乐"通才教育"人才的过程当中,所应当关注的各个方面:研究和传授接受心理,科学地设置教学大纲和学术标准;选择合格的师资,有意识地改进教学观念、提高教学水平;理解音乐艺术的本体规律并要认识到各个艺术门类的独特性;规范教育系统学位建设。 Focusing on several principles of training purpose, teaching practice, academic standard, the article explores certain aspects on the process of training musical All- round-people, which should be paid more attention in the music subjects and disciplines at all kind of universities and colleges in China. Such as, research and popularize accepted psychology; scientifically set up teaching outline and academic standard ; select qualified teaching staffs; conscientiously reform teaching ideas, raise the teaching level; understand music artistic itself-low and recognize the unique feature of each artistic category. Finally, the paper indicates some issues on standardizing academic degree's construction in education system.
