摘要
目的研究感染附红细胞体对小鼠红细胞功能的影响,探讨附红细胞体的致病机理。方法测定感染附红细胞体小鼠的红细胞数量、血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积、红细胞ATPase和SOD活性、红细胞C3b受体花环率和红细胞免疫复合物花环率。结果与正常组相比,感染附红细胞体小鼠的红细胞数量明显减少,血红蛋白含量降低,红细胞压积略有下降,红细胞的ATP酶的含量降低,SOD值略有下降,RBC-C3b花环率下降,RBC-IC花环率升高。结论附红细胞体侵袭红细胞导致其破裂溶血、内外阳离子平衡失调、抗氧化能力降低,同时破坏膜表面的C3b受体,膜表面游离状态的C3b受体数量明显减少,机体红细胞的免疫黏附活性降低,红细胞免疫功能低下。
Objective To study the influence of Eperythrozoon infection on erythrocyte function of mice and to explore the pathogenesis of eperythrozoonosis.Methods Number of red blood cell(RBCs),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit,activity of ATPase and superoxide dismutase(SOD),ratio of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette(RBC-C3b) and erythrocyte immune complex rosette(RBC-IC) were determined.Results Compared with control group,RBCs,Hb,hematocrit,activity of ATPase and SOD,RBC-C3b were markedly decreased,while RBC-IC increased obviously.Conclusion Eperythrozoon attached to erythrocytes causes hemolysis.The positive ions inside and outside of erythrocytes were out of equilibrium,and the functions of antioxidation,immunity,adhesion were decreased after Eperythrozoon infection.Eperythrozoon infection also results on the decline of the number of C3b receptors on the surface of cell membrance.
