摘要
法治秩序的建构是依法治国的必然要求。在建构法治秩序的进程中,我国法学家的角色发生了分化,这种分化对我国法治秩序的建构产生了重要的影响。
It is the necessary requirement for the rule of law to construct legal order. The division of the role of China＇s jurist appears and exerts important influence along with the construction of legal order.
