On the Model of Gradient Transfer Model of Ningxia Rural Population and Its Approach——Based on Perspective of the Construction of Major Function Area

随着主体功能区建设进程的加快,宁夏需要从限制开发区转移出来的农村人口会越来越多,农村人口梯度转移模式就是适应这一变化的一种农村人口转移模式,它对促进农村人口职业转变和空间转移,加快农村工业化、农业产业化、地区城镇化步伐,实现城乡统筹发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。

With the acceleration of process of the construction of major function area, there have more and more rural population transferring from limited developed area in Ningxia. Gradient transfer model of Ningxia rural population, a transfer model of rural population which adapts to such the phenomenon, has important significance on both theory and practice for the improvement of vocational shift and space transition of rural population, the enhancement of rural industrialization, agricultural commercialization and regional urbanization and the realization of balancing urban and rural development.
