高等教育改革需要创新人才培养模式,各种复合人才的培养模式由此应运而生。"化工+计算机双专业一体化"本着立足于化工、拓展好基础、找准结合点、注重一体化的跨学科复合型人才培养理念,在人才培养思路、课程体系设置、学生管理等方面进行了积极的探索与实践。

Since the innovation of talent cultivation modes is essential to the reform of higher education different education modes have appeared in recent years. In this article, a new mode for cultivating interdisciplinary compound-talents, called integrated dual-specialty system, is proposed. The cultivation of talents with both chemical engineering and computer science ability has been practiced. An integrated curriculum is established on the basis of chemical engineering and it focuses on the intersection, combination and integration of those two corresponding disciplines. The relevant teaching philosophy and student management have been investigated, too.
