水基UV油墨特性对废新闻纸脱墨性的影响

Effect of Water-based UV-curable Ink Properties on the Deinkability of Waste newspaper

在目前成熟的碱法脱墨工艺下,通过分析水基光固化油墨的组成、连接料的特性、与纤维的结合方式及干燥(固化)方式等影响其可脱除的主要因素,提出了制备脱墨性能良好、适于目前脱墨工艺的水基光固化油墨,是解决废新闻纸脱墨困难的有效方法。

Under traditional alkaline-deinking conditions, through analysis of the major effect of Waterbased UV-curable Ink properties such as ink composition, vehicle properties ,Ink-cellulose interactions and drying （curing） methods atc on the deinkability of waste newspaper, the study provided preparation of novel ink which has good deinkability and suits to the present alkaline-deinking process may introduce a new way to solve the difficulty in the deinking of Waste newspaper.
