摘要
工程设计中,新颖独特的建筑形式往往使结构的受力趋于复杂化和特殊化,这给结构设计者提出了很高的要求。文章以河南省广播电视发射塔工程为例,针对其外塔柱原建筑设计方案,根据承载性能、施工性能和使用维护性能的需求进行了系统的分析和研究,提出了一种新的闭口钢管截面形式——桉叶糖形异形截面,并对截面的两个基本参数:宽厚比和弧长比进行了数值分析,提出了设计参数取值建议。研究结论和所采用的工程创新研究方法为类似设计提供了参考。
In engineering design, the novel and unique architectural style often causes complicated mechanical behavior of the designed structure, which makes very high requests for the structural designer. Taking Henan broadcast and TV tower project as an example,the types of outside columns of the above mentioned TV tower were studied. The problems such as mechanical analysis, structural joint and anti-corrosive treatments were discussed. Finally, eucalyptus-leaf-sugar shaped steel columns were used in the structural design. Numerical analysis with the two basic design parameters, width-thickness ratio and arc length ratio, of the new steel pipe section was also carried out, and the design proposals were proposed. The final conclusions and research techniques are helpful for the similar design works.
