摘要
安格拉库内内河桥为槽形钢梁与混凝土桥面板结合的多跨连续组合梁桥。全桥18跨一联,桥跨880 m。桥梁主要施工阶段为拖拉施工槽形钢梁和现浇混凝土桥面板。槽型钢梁拖拉施工中,钢梁内力随拖拉过程发生变化,底板承压区域易发生应力集中。因此,钢梁内力与局部应力的大小和钢梁的稳定及强度构成了桥梁各主要施工阶段中的关键因素。文中通过理论公式计算与有限元分析相结合的办法考察了各主要施工阶段槽形钢梁的整体与局部受力特征和钢梁的屈曲及强度问题。
The Angola Cunene river bridge is an eighteen-span one-coupling continuous composite bridge composed of tub-girder and concrete deck slab. The span of the bridge are 880 m. The construction of the bridge can be briefly divided into the hauling construction of the tub-girder and the casting construction of the concrete deck slab. In the hauling construction, the internal force of the steel girder varies and the stress concentration in the press region of the floor is more likely to be generated. Consequently, the internal force of the tub-girder, the stress concentration, the buckling and the strength consist the key factors of the bridge construction. During each construction stage, the mechanical characteristics of the tub-girder including global stress,local stress buckling and strength were analyzed by theoretical method and FEM analysis.
