农民主体性是当前学界热点问题。农民主体性建构包括他构和自构。他构主要通过消解家国同构和二元结构营造主体发展的社会环境、消除传统共同体残余为农民的个性发展松绑、发展市场经济摧毁自然经济残余、建立和谐民主家庭为主体性培育营造小环境、进行精神文明建设洗涤农民精神污垢等五方面来实现。而自构则通过自我教育提高自身素质、组成新集体两个方面提升主体性内在素质。传统农民经历五个阶段终结,开拓、创新、进取的全新农民诞生。
