摘要
郑州国际会展中心会议厅四、五层转换层钢结构工程主桁架跨度大,最长、最重的主桁架长46.55m,重106 t,高4米,施工难度大。施工过程中,将桁架在拼装场地拼装完成后,利用滑移轨道运输到现场,综合利用液压提升和高空拼装方法进行安装,通过安装减震器来避免由来动荷载造成的震动。通过合理的施工组织和科学的技术运用,顺利完成了转换层大跨度钢结构的施工。
In the auditorium of Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, the main truss of transfer layer of 4th and 5th floor has a large span. The longest and heaviest main truss has the length of 46.55 meters, weight of 106 tons and height of 4 meters, which indicates a very difficuh project. In the process of construction, after proper assembly, with the help of sliding rail, truss is transported to the site and then installed with the methods of hydraulic lifting and high - altitude installation. Shock absorbers are used here to prevent the shock caused by vibration. With the help of proper working process and scientific technology application, the construction of this transfer layer with large - span steel structure is successfully comoleted.
