GIS支持的昆明市土地利用战略研究

Research of land use strategy based on GIS in Kunming

土地利用战略研究是土地利用总体规划的重要依据,对地区经济社会生态和谐发展、土地合理有序布局等方面有着重要的意义。随着全国各省市土地利用总体规划工作的不断深入和细化,土地利用战略研究已经受到越来越多的重视,但研究中仍然存在一些不足。针对这些问题,本文以昆明市为研究区,通过特尔菲法和层次分析法建立影响因子体系,利用GIS的空间分析功能,以可视化的信息为土地利用战略选择提供决策支持,既丰富了土地利用战略研究的手段,也增强了研究的实用性和科学性。最后,本文对GIS支持的土地利用战略研究的发展做了展望。

Research of land use strategy is the foundation of comprehensive land use planning. In addition, it has a significant influence on the orderly layout of land utilization and harmonious development of economy, society and ecological environment in the study area. With the comprehensive land planning becoming more and more in-depth and detailed, research of land use strategy is receiving more and more emphasis. However, there are still some flaws in the procedure of research. In order to avoid these disadvantages, taking Kunming as the study area, the author established appraisal system of all factors with Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. With the function of spatial analysis, GIS could provide decision support for the choice of land use strategy in the form of visual information. In that case, the approach adopted in the research of land use strategy could be more effective. What＇ s more, the rationality and practicability of research would he improved. Finally, the paper discussed the future development of research of land use strategy based on GIS.
