摘要
在分析了绝对式编码器工作原理的基础上,采用编码器、通用采集卡和PC机构建了虚拟测量仪,应用Labview软件编制了角度测量程序,此程序实现了对编码器发出格雷码信号的循环采样以及对从格雷码到二进制码再到角度测量值的转换.文章设计的虚拟仪器较传统仪器具有开发周期短、成本低、可靠性强和功能可自定义的特点.
Based on analysis of the measuring principle of absolute encoder, a virtual instrument is set up by DAQ card and computer; and program of measuring angle is developed by Labview for absolute eneoder. This program collects Gray code circularly from absolute encoder; and it decodes from Gray code into binary code, then transforms binary code into angle position. The virtual instrument designed by Labview has some merits compared to traditional one, such as short development period, fine reliability, economical cost, flexible functional definition, etc.
