In the era of Environmental Protection 2.0, Chinese enterprises in the line of solar PV industry almost make themselves as ideal models of business and environmental-friendliness. The sudden hit by Wall Street, however, explores its ingenital fragility: strong reliance on international capita, lacking of core know-hows and ambiguous attitude from the authority. In 2009, the enterprises, governments at various levels as well as business capitals, which are closely tied up, are getting involved in a big gamble. Who will win out nally or every one loses?
