We never surpassed those new moral traits under the new democracy, which has been called on by May 4th Movement, including independence, freedom, autonomy, self-esteem, self-reliance, ambition, progress, patriotism, etc. We are looking forward, then, a new era which could start from 2009, after we make retrospection on the thirty-year anniversary of Reforms and Opening-ups
