我国现行的未成年人刑事司法制度存在诸多问题,既不利于打击犯罪,也不利于对未成年犯罪人进行教育、感化和挽救。完善未成年人犯罪刑事法律是预防未成年人违法犯罪的根本途径。建议:健全适应未成年人犯罪特点的刑事实体法;健全适应未成年人犯罪的刑事诉讼程序;建立符合我国国情的独立的少年法院。

There are many problems in our country＇s current minor criminal judicial system, which is not only adverse to cracking down on crimes, but also not propitious for educating, reclaiming and saving those minor criminals. The fundamental way of preventing minor crimes is to perfect the criminal law of minor crimes. It＇s suggested that the criminal entity law as well as the criminal proceeding suitable to the features of minor crimes be improved, and independent juvenile court in accordance with our country＇s state be established.
