Rethinking on the Outstanding Problems in the Construction of Police Team

当前公安队伍建设存在的主要问题表现:各级公安机关人财物保障不力,结构性制约状态长期存在;警民关系改善不够,社会支持系统严重缺失;管理机制运行不畅,积极性难以充分发挥;民警的精神动力不足,对职业的忠诚度有所下降。加强体制与机制改革是公安队伍建设的重要课题。

The main problems existing in the construction of police team at present include：insufficient guarantee of human, financial and material resource in public security organs at various levels, and long-existing structural restriction state; inadequate improvement of police-and-people relationship and serious shortage of social supporting system; poor operation performance of management mechanism and initiative not being made full use of; insufficient mental strength of police and declining professional loyalty. It~ an important project to strengthen the reform of system and mechanism.
