摘要
对近年来国内外低碳烯烃低压羰基合成醇的工艺进行了综述。分别介绍了丙烯和丁烯的羰基合成工艺,其中丙烯羰基合成工艺重点介绍了采用铑-三苯基膦油溶性催化剂的工艺、Ruhrchemie公司采用的水溶性铑催化剂的两相工艺、Davy-Dow公司采用的高性能铑-双亚磷酸酯催化剂的新工艺,同时还介绍了丁烯羰基合成的几种工艺,分析了各工艺的技术特点及进展状况,并对今后的发展方向进行了展望。
Several important low pressure oxo processes for hydroformylations of propylene and butylenes were reviewed. The discussion concerning propylene process focused on the widely applied process with Rh-triphenylphosphine as catalyst, Ruhrchemie process with water-soluble catalyst, which featured in convenience of separation and recycle of the catalyst, and the more advanced Davy-Dow process with highly active Rh-phosphite catalyst. Different low pressure oxo processes of butylenes were also discussed. The advantages of the processes were compared and the developments in recent years were introduced. The development direction of low pressure oxo process was suggested.
