基于巨磁阻抗效应的金属磁记忆探头研制

摘要 金属磁记忆检测是无损检测技术中一种新的检测技术,该技术的关键在于拾取铁磁构件应力集中区的微弱"纯天然"磁信号。利用非晶态合金的巨磁阻抗效应制出一种新的磁记忆探头,该探头灵敏度高,性能稳定。简单地介绍了非晶态合金的巨磁阻抗效应,较为详细地给出该探头的工作原理、结构、电路设计和实验结果。实验结果表明,这种新型金属磁记忆探头对微弱磁信号的检出效果明显,达到了磁记忆检测的要求。 Metal magnetic memory testing is a new testing technology of nondestructive testing technologies. The key of this technology is to pick up weak pure natural magnetic signals from the area of stress concentration of ferro magnetic components and take advantage of giant magneto- impedance effect of amorphous alloys. Thereby,a new magnetic memory probe is produced. The probe has high sensitivity, stable property. The paper introduces giant magneto - impedance effect briefly, and gives a detailed review on the probe's principle, structure, circuit layout and test results. The results show that this new type of magnetic memory metal probe detect clearly the weak magnetic signal and reach the magnetic memory testing requirement.
