摘要
变压器油中溶解气体的色谱分析技术是当前监督变压器内部是否存在潜伏性故障、故障的严重程度和故障趋势的一种有效的状态监测手段。阐述变压器事故后两种检测方法,油中色谱分析法和电气试验法,提出把两种方法相结合可提高事故处理效率的想法,并通过对发生事故的两台110 kV变压器实例的检测,介绍诊断其内部是否存在故障及故障的性质和严重程度的步骤。重点分析如何利用溶解气体色谱分析法分析该变压器油中溶解气体的成份、特征气体含量、变化趋势及三比值的方法,进行故障识别、故障类型和状况诊断、故障部位估算。
Transformer oil dissolved gas chromatographic analysis techniques are the current transformer supervision of the existence of the internal latent failures,faults and fault trends in the severity of the status of an effective monitoring tool. In this paper,two types of transformer accident detection methods,oil and electrical chromatography test method,a combination of both methods can improve the efficiency of the mind to deal with the accident and the accident happened through two 110 kV transformer test example,the introduction of its diagnosis of the existence of an internal fault of the nature and seri- ousness of the step. In this paper, the focus of analysis in particular, how to make use of dissolved gas chromatography analysis of the dissolved gas in transformer oil composition, characteristics of gases, changes in trends and the ratio of the three methods, fault identification, fault type and condition of the diagnosis, fault location estimation.
