摘要 滤波是抑制传导干扰的一种常用方法,为了提高滤波器性能和缩短开发时间,针对DC-DC开关电源介绍一种简单且效果良好的滤波器设计方法。阐述EMI电源滤波器的基本原理、拓扑结构、设计原则和滤波器件的高频特性,建立滤波器插入损耗仿真模型,对设计结果进行分析,最后通过实际测试,验证设计方法的正确性。同时,在EMI电源滤波器设计的基础上,对滤波器进行拓展功能的电路设计,主要针对开关动作所引起的浪涌电压。 Filtering is a good way to suppress the conducted EMI. In order to improve the performance of filter and shorten the research and development time,a simple and good effect filter design method is presented in this dissertation for DC--DC switch power. Basic theory of EMI source filter, topological structure, principle of design and high frequency performance of filtering components are illustrated in this dissertation. Then filter insertion loss simulation model is established, simulation program is compiled and design results are analyzed. Finally,correction of design method is verified by practice test. At the same time,on the basis of design of EMI source filter,continuation function circuit of filter is designed. It is main against surge voltage by switch motion.
