摘要 三角形的银 nanoprisms 被准备并且适用基于我们那半胱氨酸能导致的调查结果做半胱氨酸的比色的察觉偶极子电浆子回声吸收的蓝移动,而是另外的 19 种天赋氨基酸不能。有集中的半胱氨酸 160 nmol/L 能导致能与肉眼被认出的一个颜色变化。 Triangular silver nanoprisms were prepared and applied to make colorimetric detection of cysteine based on our findings that cysteine could lead to the blue shift of the dipole plasmon resonance absorption, but other 19 kinds of natural amino acids could not. Cysteine with a concentration 160 nmol/L can result in a color change that can be discerned with naked eyes.
