摘要
中国文化传统对培养创新人才的负面影响表现为逻辑上的递进过程,由家庭对个体的极权笼罩,到个体的自我压缩,再到个体的不发展,最终由集体的铲平主义完成了中国文化传统对个体完善人格与创新能力的抹杀。
The negative influence of Chinese cultural tradition on fostering the innovative talent is a process of going forward one by one in logic,which from family＇s totalitarianism on the individual to the individual＇s self-compression,then to the individual＇s underdevelopment,and the collective eradicationism ultimately obliterates the individual＇s consummating personality and innovative capacity.
