关联理论视角下影视剧字幕的翻译

本文试从关联理论的角度,考察影视剧字幕翻译,指出由于其自身的艺术形式,影视剧字幕翻译必须在关联原则的指导下进行经济翻译,灵活处理文化问题,重组文化意象的明示和隐含意义,最终目标应是为译语观众创造最佳关联的字幕。

This paper tends to study the translation of film and TV play subtitles through a relevance theoretical approach.It points out that,because of their special artistic mode,the translation of film and TV play subtitles should be an economical one,with flexible ways to reshuffle the explicit and implicit meaning of culture images when facing culture-related issues,so as to reach its ultimate goal of producing subtitle translations with optimal relevance for the target language audience under the guidance of relevance principle.
